1. Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 7betb platform and all related services. When you register an account on 7betb, use our services, or access this website, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

7betb provides a safe and reliable online gaming and betting experience for users in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to read and fully understand these Terms before using our platform. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

Betting or playing on behalf of another person through your own account is prohibited.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

7betb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

Violating these Terms.
Evidence of fraud or cheating.
Evidence of operating multiple accounts.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following approved methods may be used to deposit funds at 7betb: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes.
Using third-party payment methods is prohibited — you must use a method registered in your own name.
If you experience any issue with a deposit transaction, notify the support team immediately.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit (where applicable).
Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings earned from bonuses.
Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
Withdrawals may be put on hold in cases of suspicious activity.

4.3 Currency & Taxes

All transactions on 7betb are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). The user is solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes or duties.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

7betb offers new users a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500; or depositing ৳28,000 earns a ৳20,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
The wagering requirement must be completed within a set time limit after receiving the bonus.
Some games may contribute differently toward wagering calculations — please read the specific terms of each bonus.
Using multiple bonuses at the same time may not be possible.

5.3 General Promotion Terms

7betb reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
If misuse of the bonus system is suspected, the account may be investigated.

Bonuses are available to eligible users only and are non-transferable.

6. VIP Program Terms

The 7betb VIP Program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback
Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated each week based on net losses. Advancement through VIP tiers depends on your continued gaming activity. 7betb reserves the right to change the VIP Program terms at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7betb platform:

7.1 Fraud & Cheating

Attempting to influence game or betting outcomes using software, bots, or automated methods.
Collusion or secret coordination with other players.
Intentionally exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform's software.
Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.

7.2 Account-Related Prohibitions

Opening an account using a false identity or false information.
Operating multiple accounts.
Opening a new account to replace a closed or suspended one.
Operating an account using another person's identity.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Strategic betting with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
Providing false information to obtain a bonus.
Repeatedly claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.

Violations of these prohibitions may result in account closure, forfeiture of deposited funds, and legal action.

13.2 Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate this relationship at any time. The user may request to close their account. An opportunity will be given to withdraw all eligible balances before account closure, however this opportunity may not be provided in cases of terms violation.

These terms will be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through discussion.
